Yes. Every competition on this site is a prize competition under UK law. Each requires a skill question and offers a free postal entry route.

Send a plain postcard with your full name, date of birth, home address, phone, email, the exact competition name, and your answer to the skill question, in a single envelope, by first or second class post to: The Padel Draw Ltd, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. Each envelope counts as one entry — if you post multiple entries in one envelope, they count as a single entry. You need a free account with matching name, DOB and address for us to process your postal entry. Proof of posting is not proof of entry or receipt.

At the moment of the draw we freeze the entry list, generate a 64-bit cryptographic seed using the operating system’s secure random source, and use that seed to deterministically pick one ticket. The seed, the algorithm used, and the full list of eligible ticket numbers are all permanently recorded and published on the past-draws page, so anyone can recompute the pick themselves. In addition, an independent witness — someone with no financial interest in The Padel Draw — observes the draw live and their name goes on the same record.

On most prizes, yes. The cash alternative is shown next to the prize on the competition page.

Every draw goes ahead on its advertised date, no matter how many tickets have been sold. We do not operate minimum thresholds and we do not cancel draws for low sales — lower sales just mean better odds for the entrants who took part. The only situations in which a draw can be cancelled are genuinely exceptional (fraud, serious technical failure, or a legal requirement), and full refunds are given in those cases. Full detail in clause 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

Two independent checks run in parallel. Mathematical: we publish the seed and full eligible ticket list for every draw, so anyone can re-run the algorithm and confirm we didn’t change the answer after the fact. Procedural: an independent third party — not an employee or contractor — is on the video call while the draw is executed, and their name is on the public draw record. Physical prizes ship within 14 days. Cash alternatives are paid within 48 hours. Holidays and experiences are booked in with the winner directly.

Yes. Paid tickets are unlimited up to any per-competition cap shown. Free postal entries are also unlimited up to that same cap — but each free entry must be sent in its own separate envelope. Multiple entries in one envelope count as one entry.
